Grant Eligibility:

• P-12 teachers currently employed by any public, private or charter Colorado school
• Teachers may apply individually, with grade-level teams or with a department; however only one grant of $5,000 will be awarded per application.
• More than one active grant is permissible per school; however, only one grant application per teacher/grade-level team/department will be permitted.

Grants may be used to fund:

• Resources
• Materials
• Supplies
• Field trips
• Technology
• Professional development
• Your idea here!

2012-2013 Grant application deadline:

4 Easy Steps to apply for $5,000!

Step 1: Download the Microsoft Word version of the Great-West Great-Teachers^® financial literacy grant application by clicking here. SAVE this application to your computer.

Step 2: Complete the application in Word format at your leisure. Please save the final version as, "2012-2013_FirstNameLastName_SchoolName".

Note: In order to ensure applications can be read anonymously, please DO NOT refer to the name of your school or district in your responses. Contact information will be required on a separate form below.

Step 3: When you are ready to submit your application, click here to be directed to a webpage that will ask you to:

• Create a username and password
  (If you applied for a 2011-2012 GWGT grant previously, please use the same username and password. You will be able to request your username and password from the webpage if you don't remember them.)
• Enter teacher, principal and school contact information
• Upload your completed Microsoft Word grant application

Step 4: Click "Submit" at the bottom of the web page to officially turn in your application. You will receive an email confirmation when your application has been received.
