Great-West matches up to $5,000 per employee per calendar year (including donations made through the Financial Match Program). Employees can support eligible organizations through onetime contributions or regular automatic deductions from their paychecks.
Great-West supports employees who devote their free time to community causes. We provide matching contributions of $8 per hour up to $1,500 per employee per calendar year.
Our company sponsored volunteer program allows full-time employees to volunteer for youth financial literacy initiatives during regular work hours at non-profit organizations for up to 8 hours per calendar year. Eligible organizations include Junior Achievement, Young Americans Center for Financial Education and Colorado Jump$tart Coalition. Great-West will match the time our employees volunteer by providing these organizations with a $16/hour donation up to $1,500 per employee per calendar year.
