Employee Matching Programs

Financial Match Program

For employees who provide financial support to eligible nonprofit organizations, Great-West matches up to $5,000 in contributions per employee per calendar year. This includes donations made during the Annual Giving Campaign.

Annual Giving Campaign

Our Annual Giving Campaign raises awareness of community support and encourages employees to take advantage of company matching contributions. Great-West matches up to $5,000 per employee per calendar year (including donations made through the Financial Match Program). Employees can support eligible organizations through onetime contributions or regular automatic deductions from their paychecks.

Volunteer Match Program

Great-West supports employees who devote their free time to community causes. We provide matching contributions of $8 per hour up to $1,500 per employee per calendar year.

Company Sponsored Volunteer Program

Our company sponsored volunteer program allows full-time employees to volunteer for youth financial literacy initiatives during regular work hours at non-profit organizations for up to 8 hours per calendar year. Eligible organizations include Junior Achievement, Young Americans Center for Financial Education and Colorado Jump$tart Coalition. Great-West will match the time our employees volunteer by providing these organizations with a $16/hour donation up to $1,500 per employee per calendar year.
